Alright, I thought I would share 2 of my current projects with you. First is for a company called Finer Ribbon who produce various ribbon materials and products and also have the option to personalize your order. See ww.finerribbon.com for more details. I got asked to create a large flash ad banner for their company along with a payment methods banner for their site. The flash banner is turning out to be a challenge as I haven’t touched flash in quite some time. But the concept is coming along nicely.
(read more…)Ever since I launched the site, there has been literally hundreds of errors showing up in xhtml validation. I found this strange and frustrating as I do usually code to standards without thinking too much about it. So these errors were really starting to tick me off, not to mention make me look like I n00b when somebody validated my pages. But I found a solution!
It turns out that Wordpress has a built in function that auto adds/removes html tags, particularly paragraph tags, regardless of wether you have WYSIWYG enabled or not. So with a bit of research, I stumbled accross an unofficial plugin that gives you the option to disable auto tagging. And it works like a charm!
